One of the front desk staff whom also drove the cart was very unprofessional. He was giving us attitude. We were told different information about our checked out time. We felt like we were being rushed out of our villa . You will not have time to do activities because lunch will serve at about 11,12pm at the same time check out at 12pm. You would have to pack Early and vacant the room. It’s just not enough time to stay one night. The WiFi was slow and only worked for a few hours then turns off. The water was salty and makes your skin sticky. I recommend to Bring lots of bottled water. Their food was not that great. My experience here was terrible. I don’t plan on ever coming back. It’s a waste of money and it’s not worth it.

The ambiance makes me really feel im in Santorini. The Villa i stayed with jacuzzi was my favorite very big and spacious they said only 8 persons can fit but it really can fit alot.. the food in breakfast and lunch was was good. The receptionist in the restaurant was nice and friendly.

The girl JEN in front desk i dont find her helpful i work in a hotel and i know how front desk staff give advice and assist their guest but JEN i didnt see that in her for me all the time i was talkin to her she seems not sincere she is the first person ive seen and the reason my mood turned down she will tell you the price one by one like when u have made up your mind already.. so it turns out to be confusing i was waiting to be checked in for almost an hour because of her not being helpful and considerate this is not the attitude or character a hotelier should act. My first meal there was the Dinner buffet i was expecting a good meal but all the food was served that night i didnt like at all. Please nake sure the food that you are refilling to the buffet is still hot coz all the food we ate was so cold. Work more on food specially desserts you are an expensive resort your guest will expect alot from you.

The comfortable beds and the ambiance. The staff are great and the perfect moments spent with good friends in a perfect place.

Checking in was too late..

The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the facilities within the hotel are top-notched

There was no beach area. The buffet during lunch and dinner could use more variety.

All accommodation, food, and setting proved to be splendid. People/ crew were all cheerful and comforting. Assistants were great! They can be good company and always ready to assist for accommodation services. Phone was readily answered and with less to no delays. Ahhhhh, food- food- food- food, you will really enjoy it!

However, please check carefully your maintenance. For a piece of "yosi" within the room is enough to distract all of its beauty. Some cut pieces of shampoo/cream sachet were overlooked in the powder room in my villa. I love jogging along the shore but it seems unsafe to jog having dogs around and in the absence of a shoreline jogging strip to further feel and enjoy the place.

I like the Santori-inspired ambiance of the resort, the villa is so clean, the facilities are high-end.. the beds are comfortable, the staffs are courteous. The buffet is fantastic and sumptuous! Great variety of foodand is offered breakfast, lunch and dinner!

There were only few transportation going to the beach and at the end of the zip line. We waited for over 30mins just to be picked up going back to the villas. Other than that, everything is excellent!

the greek theme could be seen in the entire resort. the villas were huge it can fit 8 pax

This resort have to be senior and disabled friendly- guests have to climbed very wide-gapped stone stairs with no appropriate accessibility for disabled or seniors to rooms.. Food was'nt remarkable. Much improvement has to be done on the sewage system which stinks. Refill of consumables in the room was not complete

Environment and confort. Staffs are all accommodating and prompt

Water facilities. Our water system in villa was shutdown. We need the water for hygiene purpise. That lowers the inage of that villa 4401

I like the villa's but the location is not excellent.

The front desk staff are not flexible and not even concern on customer satisfaction on how to ensure that you will be attented with your needs ive seen they focus on sales. Also food during lunch and dinner were not good its only the breakfast that we like it
